is a woman only group run by women. They are part of VETERANS OUTDOORS charity for military veterans, spouses, serving personnel and family members, they offer outdoor activities, courses and programmes.

I was asked to provide this wonderful women’s group with a day’s retreat for self care, connecting to themselves and each other in the beautiful outdoor environment and grounds of The Woodlands~Cawsand.
