About Me:

My name is Tracey Teague and I live and work within the Rame Peninsula area of beautiful Southeast Cornwall. I am a Sound and Vibrational Practitioner, Reiki trained and qualified florist.

For nearly two decades now I have worked with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence, and domestic abuse. It has become my passion to care for and support those who have experienced any type of trauma, or abuse. I’ve also worked within many projects; statutory and voluntary and have gained invaluable experience and knowledge in dealing with the effects of abuse in a trauma responsive way. In 2014 I came across “Sound Healing” by accident at a Wellbeing Fayre. I joined the talk that was being given there and have never looked back. It made perfect sense to use the sounds to compliment the work I was already doing. Combining them to support self healing has been an honour to bring to the wider community.

I also regularly collaborate with other holistic Practitioners/Providers/Healers, enabling a dual healing approach. I regularly duel up with Donna Davidson of Keynvor Yoga and Giorgia Tore for TRE-trauma/tension release exercise. As well as offering day/half day retreats and workshops.

One to One Sessions:

I can create a treatment specific to the client’s symptomatic state and their intention for the sound healing therapy. For example, a relaxing session is very different from a session addressing pain or hidden trauma. In a relaxing session I would immerse the individual in a myriad of loving and nurturing frequencies. Tibetan bowls, chimes and drum could be used over the body. Whereas if a person has muscle tension or chronic pain or wanting to release hidden historical trauma then a trauma release technique could be applied by using specific tuning forks with their own bespoke frequencies and vibrations. Forks can then be stemmed directly on the targeted area to promote the release and realignment.

Soundbaths:

Within a Soundbath setting I use singing bowls; Tibetan and crystal, tubular bells, gongs, rattles and drums to name a few to bathe the frequencies and vibrations over your body, supporting you to realign your energy centres, promoting self-healing; bringing in deep relaxation and inner peace.

I also offer bespoke private groups in an agreed setting depending on location, costings and availability. These can be considered for 6 or more people.

Colaborations:

I have had the privilege to work along side some of the best in our area. My passion is to support those that wish to nurture and self heal in whatever modalities they feel drawn to. Collaborating with other practitioners has allowed this for the greater benefit of those attending. Yin Yoga Soundbaths and TRE (Trauma/tension release exercise) Soundbaths have been particularly successful and I have run many sessions over the years.

Always happy to discuss other collaborations.

Floristry Workshops:

As a fully qualified florist and my first career choice I have melded the two professions together to provide you with a creative experience. Making your own wreath, arrangement, solstice headdress, whatever the event or purpose is. This is then followed by a relaxing soundbath. Creativity and frequency self love at it’s best.

Always happy to explore further offerings.

Feedback:

“There is no organ system in the body that’s not affected by sound, music and vibration. You can look at disease as a form of disharmony.”
